I can’t rave about how I love Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair (ANR) serum without attributing credit to Missha Essence and its Time Revolution Night Repair Ampoule (read My Missha story here). Both Estee Lauder and Missha work so hard to complete the science behind reversing signs of aging from hydrating skin, diminishing spots, to soothing lines and aiding skin’s natural nighttime renewal. Because of the effective results and my skin’s happy journey with Missha, I got determined to finally use Estee Lauder’s ANR (many bloggers claim that Missha Night Repair Ampoule is a dupe of ANR and that both have comparable results but of different price tags). Long story short, here’s to fighting all signs of aging with the Queen of nightly skin repair…
Duration of product use (testing): 4 weeks
How To Use:
My nightly ritual is straightforward. Apply several drops on my clean skin. Smooth the serum gently all over face down to my neck.
The serum feels lightweight and sinks in faster than Missha’s ampoule. The consistency is non-greasy plus it has the slightest hint of herbal scent too.
Wonders:
The morning glow was really noticeable but it didn’t end there. Over the next few days, I can see how differently healthy, fresh and rejuvenated my skin looked. I know those are synonyms but that’s just how seriously amazing the effect of ANR is. Three weeks into using this, my pores have significantly seem smaller and are almost gone. I’m absolutely in love with this product, I now totally understand why despite the expensive price tag, a lot of women cannot take this out of their beauty routine. You have to try it for yourself. It is worth every beauty junkie’s penny.
This was one of my morning trips to MacRitchie with no face cream on.
Price (Changi airport):
SGD129, 50ml – all you need is a thin layer, 1 bottle can last for 5 months. I bought mine from Changi airport cos its cheaper than SGD163, 50 ml at Tangs.
Ladies if you’ve just stumbled upon this blog, please know that I don’t really praise products whose abracadabra didn’t work on me especially when it comes to skincare. I take my skin situation seriously cos while cells aging cannot be fully reversed, through the right skin products the visible signs can still be slowed down.

September 14, 2016 at 2:05 pmjust like to share that the better you want you skin to maintain the earlier to start on skincare. I started at age 18, now is 30 and skin age is in the early 20s. I used a mixture of estee lauder ANR and lancome product. Serum/essence is like the most important food for skin.
